BOOKING POLICIES

24 Hour CANCELLATION policy
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Pilates classes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class start time, your credit will be returned to your account or a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable, and the session will be charged in full/ credit redeemed.

No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is when a class is missed without prior cancellation. If you do not attend your booked class and have not cancelled in advance, a £3 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Attendance is confirmed at the start of each class through a check-in process. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage class availability for all clients.

Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified by email or app notification. Please only join the waitlist if you're able to attend, as our 24-hour cancellation and no-show policies will apply once you’re added. The waitlist closes 3 hours before the class start time — after this point, no further automatic bookings will be made. If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added unexpectedly.
